Terms

Version 2026-09-18.1. Short, and all of it true of what the app actually does.

  1. 01Your voice is recorded only while a practice task is running, and kept to your account.
  2. 02Nobody else listens unless you send an attempt to a teacher — your choice, one attempt at a time, and you can withdraw it.
  3. 03We measure things from recordings — pace, pauses, filler words — to check our grading and build practice partners at your level. Numbers only; nobody listens to those.
  4. 04Your recordings are never sold, shared or published.
  5. 05If you agree separately, we store a voiceprint — numbers describing your voice, not a recording — only to check that your account is not being shared. You can refuse or withdraw it at any time and keep using everything.
  6. 06If you agree separately again, we keep the recordings of the enrolment script you read — those sentences only, in private storage — so that an improved voice-matching system can use them later without asking you to record again. You can withdraw this at any time and they are deleted immediately.
  7. 07You can export everything, or delete your account and every recording, at any time.
  8. 08This is a preparation tool. It is not affiliated with Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia, and a practice band is not an official result.

If you are under 18

Malaysian law asks for a parent or guardian to agree before we keep personal information about someone under 18. We will ask for their name and email once, after you set up your profile. Nothing about your practice changes.
