TUTUR is a practice tool for the MUET Speaking paper. You practise against simulated candidates, and the app gives you a practice band and feedback.
It is not affiliated with Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia. A band from this app is practice feedback, not an official result, and nothing here changes what happens in the real exam.
Your voice is recorded only while a practice task is running. The microphone is off at every other moment.
Recordings are kept so the system can build your voice profile and place you at the right band. That is what they are for.
Your recordings are stored against your account. Only you can play them back.
No person hears your recordings unless you choose to send an attempt to a teacher for marking. That is one attempt at a time, and you can withdraw it afterwards.
The app uses AI to run the practice. The other candidates in a discussion are AI voices, not real people, and your speech is turned into text by AI so it can be marked. No person is listening.
Your recordings are never sold, shared or published.
We take numbers from every recording: how fast you speak, where you hesitate, how long you pause, which filler words you use.
Those numbers are used to check our grading against real students, and to build practice partners who speak at your level. They are numbers taken from the audio, not the audio itself, and nothing in them identifies you.
Every recording for 90 days. After that we keep your first attempt, your best attempt, and your three most recent for each question, and delete the rest.
Transcripts, scores and progress numbers are small, so we keep those for as long as you have an account.
You can export everything: every recording, transcript and score.
You can delete your account and every recording at any time, and it happens immediately — not in thirty days and not after a review.
This is your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it removed.
A parent or guardian has to agree before your voice is recorded. You give their email address when you create your account and we ask them.
They can withdraw that agreement at any time, and if they do, the recordings are deleted.
The account is yours. Do not share it, and do not use the app to record anybody who has not agreed to be recorded.
We may suspend an account being used to abuse the service or other people.
If these terms change in a way that affects what happens to your recordings, we will ask you to agree again rather than changing them quietly.
